Team of the Week: U11A Boys - Barrie SpiritFest Champions Jun 9, 2010



On June 6, 2010 the U11A boys team won the Barrie Spiritfest Soccer Tournament. The boys have trained hard all winter long and it was nice to start the season off with such a great win.

The boys success started with a 5-0 win over Newmarket United, then a 4-2 win over Brampton Eastenders. Then, in the rain the boys tied Barrie Spirit A team 1-1 and went on to defeat the Sault Civics 3-0 to make it to the finals. In the finals the boys defeated Hearts Azzurri 2-1.
