REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Early Registration (returning members only)
Early registration for our membership will be held Feb. 3rd & 4th, 9:30am-8:00pm at RIM Park in Room 206 and Feb. 6th 8:30am-4:30pm at the RIM Park Soccer Office.
- Only our pre-printed forms will be accepted
- Review/change any necessary information.
- Blank forms for new players (siblings) will be available.
- Sign the registration form both front & BACK.
Payment by cash, cheque at Bechtel Park office; payment by cash, cheque, debit & Visa at the RIM Park Soccer Office.
Online registration (for everyone) begins February 3rd.

Registration at Conestoga Mall (Waterloo)
Wednesday, Feb. 17th, 5:30pm-9pm
Thursday, Feb. 18th, 5:30pm-9pm
Note: Space is limited. Spots will be filled on a first come, first-served basis.
PROOF OF AGE MUST BE SHOWN FOR ALL NEW REGISTRATIONS (whether registration occurs in the office, online or at Conestoga Mall).
