Fees

Online Registration for 2013 outdoor season is NOW AVAILABLE and will run until Febuary 7th.

There are TWO fees:

Fee 1 of 2: Registration Fee (see 2 payment options)
:

All Players must register with WMSC. The 2013 Club registration fee (membership fee) is $190.00. This is the club registration fee to the WMSC in order for a player to become or continue to be a Club Member. This is done individually by players and their parents-guardians, not by the Team Manager, and is due at Club registration in February of each year. Proof of age must be shown for any new registrants---handwritten forms. If registering online, this must be submitted to the Office within 2 weeks of registration.
Option 1:
Player registers online (http://waterloominorsoccer.com/DisplayPage.aspx?ID=3174)
A non-refundable $5 convenience fee will be added to the total on your registration. This fee will be applied EACH TIME you register so to avoid paying this fee more than once, you should ensure that ALL eligible players are registered for their programs in one online registration session. Upon successful completion of the online registration and payment, a Confirmation will be emailed to you.
**IMPORTANT:  "Club registration" is based on the age specific program offered by club, NOT by the travel team/rep age grouping.

For example, if your child plays U13 Boys rep - your club category would be U14 Boys (as there is no U13 category to select; the majority of the age groups contain two birth years). If you have registered online previously, the correct Registration category should automatically appear once you Select the Player already pre-listed.
Option 2:
Player registers at RIM Park Room 207/208 on February 6 & 7 @ 10 am – 8 pm
Note: There is NO Conestoga Mall registration. Pre-printed registration forms will be mailed to existing WMSC members (next week). Registration forms will not be available IN THE OFFICE until closer to the Mass Registration date.
On the paper form, review/change any necessary information. Blank forms for new players (siblings) will be available. Sign the registration form both FRONT & BACK. You may also drop off your completed (signed front and back) registration forms with your cheque in our mailbox at RIM Park.
  • Family Rate: $20 off per player for 3 or more
  • Payment options at RIM: Cash, Cheque, Debit and Credit Card. A 3% processing fee will apply to all credit card transactions.
  • Those who register after March 1st will incur a $10 late registration fee. A $20 administration fee will apply to all refunds and any programming changes.
REFUND POLICY can be found on the Club’s website. (Full refund until April 15; 50% refund after April 15; no refund after May 13)

IMPORTANT: The FINAL payment deadline for the remittance of the general Club membership fees is April 1st. Those who remain unpaid after this deadline will not be permitted to participate in team training activities or games, and the player book voided as of April 2, 2013.
Fee 2 of 2: Rep Fees / Program Fees (submitted to the Team Manager)
Players selected for a Rep or Development team also pay a 2013 Program Fee (see chart below).

Player Books will be processed only once this payment is made.

These fees, which include two cheques per player, are to be submitted IN FULL to your Team Manager on or before FEBRUARY 15, 2013, not to the Office directly.

The program/rep fee can be paid with TWO post-dated cheques (dated as indicated below) by the specified deadline of Feb 15th, OR with ONE cheque for the full amount ($275 or $350 or $225) dated for March 1st.
