If you have an interest in coaching a team in the Rep, Inter-City or Tournament programme, please download and complete the coaches application. Exhibition Approval Procedures
All exhibition games must be approved by WMSC. Coaches/Managers must follow the guidelines contained in this document (.pdf) to obtain permission for an exhibition game.
Police Record Check Form
Waterloo Minor Soccer Club requires that all coaches, administrators and volunteers working with children complete and provide a Volunteer Police Check. All coaches and volunteers must have a current Police Check prior to the start of the season (checks are good for 2 years). Download the required form and instructions here.
ThinkFirst Smart Soccer
ThinkFirst Canada's Smart Soccer is an injury prevention program developed to promote safe soccer for soccer players aged 6-14. This program has been written for parents, coaches, teachers, and officials. Although this booklet has been designed for players from 6-14 years old, most of the information contained in the booklet is applicable to soccer players of all ages and skill sets. Rep Coach Agreement/Contract
All Rep Coaches must complete and Agreement/Contract with Waterloo Minor Soccer Club. This contract must be completed and returned to the club office by November 14, 2008. The contract is available from the office and can be downloaded here in two formats:
